Specific features

Compared to other HRM programmes, the MA in Human Resources Management places the discipline in a critical perspective covering both the organisational context (the development of organisations) and the societal context (evolution of society). It strives to train professionals capable of applying HRM tools in a reasonable way.

In the course of the degree programme, students are put to the test with case studies in companies and organisations of all kinds (private, public, NGOs, etc.).

A unique feature of this programme is the obligation for students to carry out an assignment in a company, which obliges them to become part of a team and develop their relational skills and critical and independent thinking. The assignment is carried out in small groups, giving students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practical organisational contexts.

Professional strengths

The master's degree in HRM gives students attractive career prospects in the fields of human resources management, training, recruitment, social audits, consulting in private firms, specialised consulting firms, training bodies and public administrations.
