Examinations

Rule

The exchange students are requested to take their exams during the official exams periods and under the same conditions as the local students.

Registration to the 1st exam session

When submitting their courses registration form, the exchange students are automatically registered to the corresponding exams.  

Registration to the resit exams

The resit period takes place from mid-August to beginning of September. Retaking exams is not mandatory for the exchange students. The latter are simply offered the opportunity to improve their grades. 
Please note: grades obtained for the resit exams will replace the 1st ones, even if the latter were higher! To register, please fax the ad hoc form to +32 2 650 27 65 before July 6th.

Results

Your exams grades will be available on-line on MON ULB  as soon as they will have been communicated by the professors.

After the end of your exchange period, your official transcript of records will be sent directly to you home coordinator together with an official copy for you.
